EXEN and FLOY want to find new talents and rising stars on the Finnish e-sports field, and give them the opportunity to develop as a player and get one step closer to a career as a professional player. EXEN x FLOY to the CS:GO Academy we are now looking for five to ten players from Jyväskylä or its surrounding areas who have the desire to develop and play goal-oriented.
We offer academy players training facilities in EXEN's new rough office in Jyväskylä, coaching under the leadership of Eetu Anttila and the players of EXEN's representative team, and a great experience on the journey of a growing organization. In addition, players get to participate in content production and support building their own player brand, and EXEN covers all league and participation fees of the academy team, players get named jerseys and changing benefits.
We expect academy players to:
- Residence Jyväskylä/nearby areas
- 16-25 years of age
- FACEIT ELO min. 2000
