Christian 'Cepi' Joutsenvuori has a long history in the world of esports, especially in the coaching and Scouting department. That's why we are proud to announce that he is joining the forces of Exen Esports as our Talent Scout. He will be in charge of new player scouts, and in the management of new rosters. Some examples of the games he will be scouting for in the near future are Valorant and League of Legends.
We asked Cepi about his feelings regarding joining Exen Esports, and what he can bring to the table:
"My feelings about joining Exen Esports are super positive, I am more than excited to start Scouting the most potential and motivated players from Finland to join Exen Esports. I want to bring to the table my own experiences and knowledge from esports organization and coaching side. Esports keeps on growing and I believe that together with Exen Esports we can make it even stronger!“
One third of our Management, Tuomas Rauhansalo, was excited when asked about Cepi joining the forces:
"Cepi has long-term experience from working together with players, the development of the industry, and he knows exactly where to find the esports starts of the future. With Cepi in our team the growth of Exen will speed up, and we are welcoming him with open arms to our organization.“

This is why we are more than proud to announce that Cepi has joined the ranks of Exen Esports as our Talent Scout. His tasks include recruiting players and managing new teams. For example, he will recruit players for games such as Valorant and League of Legends.

I want to bring my own experiences from the club and coaching side of esports to the ranks of a growing organization as well.
