Coaching team
EXEN’s CS2 coaching team consists of three passionate and development-oriented individuals who bring both in-game expertise and holistic player support to the team’s daily operations.
At the heart of our coaching philosophy is long-term growth: we aim for every player to understand their role, improve individually, and maintain overall well-being. The coaching team works actively on communication, tactics, teamplay, and personalized development plans.
We also invest in player performance: recovery, mental resilience, and physical well-being are seen as essential parts of a competitive routine. The coaching staff works closely with the team throughout the season—with the goal of building a team culture that lasts.
